Women who are prickly have often been described in some less than flattering terms.  However, these women are sometimes the most beautiful.  They have often survived some of the harshest conditions and are thriving, even if they don’t share that with others.  We never know what someone has been through, so a little grace goes a long way.  You might just find that those you thought would hurt you are the fiercest friends.
